Stained Glass Masquerade

Part 1 - The events of Michael, and Teyla's feelings on the experiment that leads to the creation of the half-human Wraith.

Part 2 - Through Allies and Misbegotten, the situation between Michael and the Atlantis folk get worse and worse, until his supposed death.

Part 3 - A shuttle crash in the woods on the mainland leads to a discovery Teyla isn't prepared to deal with, and isn't willing to leave alone.

Part 4 - Teyla and Michael attempt to achieve an understanding, with a few false starts. Meanwhile, John has concerns.

Part 5 - With some conversation and some willingness to compromise, Teyla finds that it is easier to get along with Michael than she had expected.

Part 6 - Teyla and John have a long-delayed conversation about the implications and consequences of her relationship with Michael

Part 7 - Despite continuing to work in Atlantis and participate as she used to, Teyla finds herself continually distracted by questions, a state which John eventually takes steps to correct.

Part 8 - Sharing skills and knowledge, Teyla and Michael grow closer, regardless of whether or not it is a good idea.

Part 9 - The bond between them has grown to a point where Teyla can no longer hide it from her commanding officer. To her surprise, John advocates for her.

Part 10 - Just as it seems they have achieved a balance in their relationship, a crisis arises that must separate the two of them, potentially for good.

Part 11 - Teyla and Michael must separate, without any certainty of whether or not they will be able to see each other again.
